Workout of the day - Bikini Body Sculpt

Part 1 - 3 rounds
1. Loop band step back - 20 reps (10 each leg)
2. Reverse lunge with twist - 20 reps
3. Squat Touch - 20 reps
3. Mountain climbers - 40 reps (20 each leg)

Part 2 - 2 rounds
1. Plank and leg lift 10 reps each leg
2. Fire Hydrant with kick - 15 reps each leg
3. Straight leg cross & touch - 20 reps each leg

Took me 19 minutes.

Then I did a Pop Pilates abs workout to work my core and it was a torture, Fabulous Flat Abs for Beginners, my lower back and neck were in so much pain, what’s wrong with my core?

Workout of the day - Hard & Strong workout (Beginners & Intermediates)

Don’t know what I’ve done with the time, she says 30/10s and do 6 rounds,I thought it was 12 minutes so I made 20 rounds of 10/30s but it made only 5 rounds…

1) SANDBAG SUMO SQUAT – 16, 15, 16, 16, 16

2) PLANK KNEE TOUCH - 15, 15, 16, 17, 24

3) SANDBAG SWING – 18, 18, 19, 19, 17

4) PLANK FLOOR JUMPS - 21, 20, 24, 24, 21

Then I did random abs routine

20 Double Crunch + 24 Goalies + 40s Side Plank + 20 Bicycle + 50s Plank + 13 Elevated Crunch. X2.

I hate planks!

Workout of the day - Pop Pilates

I am not in the mood of jumping and I don’t have much energy either but I wanted to move a bit so I did Pop pilates today with lovely Cassey ;)

I also did POP Pilates Legs and Thighs Workout this one killed my butt and legs, I really feel the burn, A LOT, tomorrow I will be much more sore than today.

I practice yoga crow pose too but nothing, there is no way, my wrists feels weak and I think I’m going to fall and break my teeth. I’ll keep practicing :)
