Yes it takes effort to make your dream happen. It takes some organization and a bit of planning to make space for yoga, meditation, writing or whatever changes you want to make into your life, but stop making yourself miserable when you can shine and live the life the way you dream. Take the leap. Don’t let your fears stop you from living the life you want.

Make a plan.
It is that simple.
Take a piece of paper and write down the first baby steps to realize your project/dream. Put deadlines when you have to make those steps happen. Update your plan weekly.
Do it. Make it happen.
What are you creating today? Are you bringing value into this world? Are you being of service to someone, your team, to the world? Are bringing positivity through your words and thoughts? Are working on a valuable project for yourself, your company or community? What are doing today to create happiness in your world, in our world?
The world needs your value, your creating thoughts and actions.
What is it that make you feel more alive?
Do more of that.
What thoughts bring you more happiness and peace?
Think more of that.
Anxious? Angry? Sad? Don’t worry it’ll pass. Everything in life is a cycle. There are ups and downs. There are happy places and nostalgic moments. There are positive excitements and fears. Isn’t it wonderful to be able to feel so many emotions?
Nothing is permanent. So let go of your attachment to a state of mind and welcome a new cycle.
Let go of your need to be liked and appreciated by everyone. Don’t try to please everyone. The only one you should try to please is yourself. What matters is to be aligned with who you are. Others don’t reject, they merely select based on their own life circumstance. There are no rejection, just selection. Therefore don’t fear for rejection. Act in accordance with yourself. It is a much better place to be. A place of self-love and self-acceptance.
What are you holding onto now? Are you resistance what is? Are you worrying about your (imagined) future? Are you thinking over and over about something from the past? Are you avoiding a task by fear of not being good enough at it (aka procrastination)?
Breathe in. Breathe out. Relax your shoulders. Feel the life going through you. Let go of your resistance. Let go of your fears. Breathe.
