I made this class Coming home to your practice from Ekhartyoga and I loved it! I was a bit scared of doing it because it has some advanced asanas like crow and firefly but I thought I should give it a try if I want to learn it and I did it! I hold Firefly for 3 seconds before falling on my butt :) I couldn’t have done it just a few months ago, and the crow pose, well, still not there but my arms are definitely stronger (I’m gonna work more on it) and I feel more comfortable, I also did shoulder stand yaaaaaaaaaay :)
It was an amazing challenging class and I loved it. You have to be a subscriber to watch the video but it’s only 12,50€ per month. My favorite yoga online videos by far.

Challenging, hard, it kicked my ass and my ego, my legs were shaking and I sweated like a pig. I loved it!

People who want to try yoga always inbox me about what videos I recommend them, I always answer the same, the best is go to a yoga class, nothing can substitute a great yoga instructor, but I know there is a crisis and not everyone can afford it. My favorites yoga videos are from Yogatic (now EkhartYoga) and Tara Stiles.
