Workout of the day - Comeback Workout 2014

I’m currently doing the GetGlutes program which I LOVE and highly  recommend but today I was running out of time, like everyday this week, and did this one from the lovely and amazing Marianne Kane, which I also highly recommend :)

1a. Double KB Box Squat (or Goblet Squat): 3×8 (14kg)

1b. Single Leg Stability Ball Leg Curl: 3×8 (each side)

1c. Inverted Row: 3×8

Side Plank Hold: 1x 20-30 seconds (each side) (30s)

2a. Dynamic Push-Up: 3×8

2b. Double KB Swing (or single arm swing): 3×8

Side Plank Hold: 1×20-30 seconds (each side) (30s)

I added:

+ RKC plank 2 x30s

Took me 24 minutes to complete :)
