I’m loving to practice balancing poses lately, I think it’s because my life is a chaos right now and I have to focus to find #balance, so many changes, fears to face and uncertanity. I find comfort on trying not to fall in a pose cause it’s like life itself, when I get mad cause there is no way I can hold a pose, when I struggle, when I want to quit, or I compare my asana to other people, it may seem contradictory but it makes me tumble, I learn about patience, obstacles and acceptance 🙏💞
